- Valid Sales Order Number and intact Law Label required for all claims
- All pictures shown in examples are required for claim submission
- A processing fee starting at $149.95 is required for all approved claims- this will include delivery of replacement and removal of defective bedding
- Body impressions must exceed manufacturer standards based on individual vendor warranties.
- Comfort issues are not considered a manufacturer defect
